Major computer software company Wipro has announced vacancies for a Java developer and a Microsoft Dynamics AX developer at its Bengaluru campus. The successful candidate will be appointed lead developer and will be responsible for the development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module. The candidate should have a good experience in applying standard software development principles. The candidate must have an in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/programming language.

Key skills required for the position:

Enterprise Platform Engineering Java-L1, (mandatory) and Google Go Programming-L2,Microservices-L3, (optional)

Minimum professional experience: 3 to 5 years

Microsoft Dynamics AX Developer

The key skills required for the position are:

  • Microsoft Dynamics AX-L2 (mandatory)

As a senior developer, the candidate will be responsible for the development, support, maintenance and implementation of a complex project module. The candidate should have a good experience in applying standard software development principles. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of at least one development technology/programming language and should be able to respond to technical questions/requests from team members and clients.

Minimum professional experience: 3 to 5 years.

Meanwhile, Wipro’s net profit remained nearly flat at ₹2,969 crores for Q3 FY22, compared to the same period the previous year.

The company said it was on track to onboard more than 70% more new campus talent in FY22 compared to the prior year.

“Attrition is a reality in almost every industry. It has been no different for us. I shared with you last quarter that we expect attrition to only slow down after a few more quarters. However, we now feel more confident that we have stabilized our attrition rate in the third quarter and expect them to moderate in the next quarter,” Delaporte said.

Wipro is looking to hire 30,000 freshmen in FY23, said Saurabh Govil, president and chief human resources officer of Wipro, adding that the most recent hiring numbers were estimated at around 17,500 for the year. exercise 22.
